Our biggest project to date — a record-breaking T-Deck crash deck installation in Cardiff, completed in 2025.
In 2025, Trust Scaffolding completed its largest ever project: a 1,200 m² T-Deck crash deck installation in Cardiff. This was not just our biggest crash deck — it was our biggest project of any kind, demonstrating how far the company has grown since its founding in 2016.
The project required careful logistical planning, with materials transported from our 10,000 sq ft depot in Neath to the Cardiff site using our fleet of HGVs. Our FASET-accredited T-Deck installation team worked methodically to assemble the massive deck area, with each panel locked into place using the patented double-action locking system.
The 1,200 m² crash deck provided a continuous safety platform for operatives working at height, eliminating the risk of falls during the construction phase above. Unlike traditional birdcage scaffolding, the T-Deck system created a clear, unobstructed working area — allowing trades to work efficiently without navigating through a forest of tubes and fittings.
This project built on our track record of increasingly large crash deck installations, following the 600 m² deck at Pentwyn in 2022 and numerous multi-site crash deck programmes for major house builders across South Wales.
