Our Accreditations

Independently verified safety and quality standards

Why Accreditations Matter

Scaffolding accreditations provide independent, third-party verification that a company meets recognised standards for safety, competence, and quality — they represent real audits, real assessments, and real accountability.

When you hire a scaffolding company, you are trusting them with the safety of everyone who works on, under, or around the scaffold. Accreditations provide independent, third-party verification that a company meets recognised standards for safety, competence, and quality. They are not just badges on a website — they represent real audits, real assessments, and real accountability.

Trust Scaffolding holds accreditations from every major relevant body in the scaffolding and construction safety industry. Here is what each one means and why it matters to you.

FASET

Fall Arrest Safety Equipment Training

FASET is the UK trade association for height safety and the prevention of falls. Trust Scaffolding is the first company in Wales to achieve FASET accreditation for platform decking (T-Deck installation). This means our T-Deck installers have completed rigorous manufacturer-approved training, our work procedures are regularly audited, and every installation meets the highest industry standards for fall prevention.

First in Wales for platform decking Since 2024

SMAS

Safety Management Advisory Services

SMAS is an independent health and safety assessment scheme for contractors. Achieving SMAS accreditation requires demonstrating robust health and safety management systems, policies, and practices. Trust Scaffolding has held SMAS accreditation continuously for over seven years — a sustained track record that proves our commitment to workplace safety is not a one-off achievement but embedded in how we operate.

7+ consecutive years accredited Since 2017

CHAS

Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme

CHAS is one of the UK largest and most recognised health and safety pre-qualification schemes. CHAS accreditation verifies that our health and safety policies, procedures, and practices meet an independently assessed standard. Many principal contractors and public sector organisations require CHAS accreditation as a minimum requirement for their supply chain.

Independently assessed H&S compliance Since 2017

Constructionline Gold

Constructionline Gold Membership

Constructionline is the UK’s leading procurement and supply chain management service, used by public and private sector buyers to find vetted contractors. Gold membership requires a rigorous assessment of financial standing, health and safety management, environmental policies, quality management, equal opportunities, and anti-bribery compliance. Trust Scaffolding holds Constructionline Gold status, providing our clients with confidence that we meet the highest standards of governance and compliance across all areas of our business.

The Scaffolding Association

Assessed Member

The Scaffolding Association is the industry body for scaffolding contractors in the UK. Membership is assessed — meaning our operations, health and safety procedures, and workforce qualifications have been independently verified to meet the Association standards. Trust Scaffolding has been an Assessed Member since 2021 and has been featured by the Association for its apprenticeship training practices.
